What is your return policy for non-printed products?
All non-printed stock products can be returned for a refund less a 15% restocking fee and original shipping costs within 7 business days from the day you receive the item. The item must be returned in new and unused condition, in the original bags and boxes, with all paperwork, parts and accessories. “New and unused” means that there are no scratches, blemishes, or marks on the item; there are no signs of wear on the product. A Return Authorization Number – RMA – must be arranged by contacting customer service prior to shipping. All packages must be returned prepaid by customer. A refunded will be applied to your credit card upon receipt and inspection of the returned products less original shipping charges.
What is your return policy for custom printed products?
All orders are custom-printed and fabricated per customer, therefore we do not accept returns unless the item(s) ordered is defective or the wrong item(s) is received. If you receive your product and there appears to be damage (breaks, scratches, smudges, cuts in fabric, etc), contact us within 1 business days from the date you received the item. We will ask for images to help is better understand the issues associated with the product. If it is determined to be a manufacturing defect, we will issue a Return Authorization Number (RMA) along with a prepaid UPS shipping label. The product(s) must be returned in new and unused condition, in the original bags and boxes, with all paperwork, parts and accessories. “New and unused” means that there are no signs of wear on the product. Upon receipt of the goods we will either repair or prefabricate and ship back to the customer at no cost.
All custom printed orders are examined by at least two production staff members in order to ensure that all items are printed and sewn correctly and quantities are accurate. All orders are also inspected for proper fit and defects before being shipped. PacWestDisplay.com claims no responsibility for any issues with orders that have already been opened or left unattended after delivery.
What do I do if my product comes in damaged?

Please do not send any items back without contacting us first!
Any unauthorized returns will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer at their expense. Do not alter the item(s) received in any form. After two weeks of receipt of your order, no returns will be accepted under any circumstances.
